For one thing , a scooter is a lot cheaper ( 3000 dollars ).

It depends largely on your needs. If you just need it for a short commute, i’d take the scooter because they are very cheap, and very fuel efficient. More fuel efficient than any hybrid or diesel car that’s for sure.

I’m from the states. If i were located across the pond. I would check the local newspaper listings. Talk to the neighbors to see who selling one(in their barn or workshed). Or pickup an issue of “Scootering”, magazine published in the UK(and sold in the states). They too, have a sales listing with pictures.
